The NWTC Elite Freestyle Camp is designed for wrestlers that want to win at the highest level. In our camp, we will introduce technique and training programs that win at the highest level. Our focus will be on takedowns, par terre offense and defense, as well as transitions from takedowns to turns. Each day will be a combination of technical instruction, hard drilling/sparring, and live wrestling.

This camp is intended for very experienced and committed wrestlers. We will workout three times a day in a room with other high-level wrestlers. If you want to be challenged at the highest level to prepare for Freestyle season, the NWTC Elite Camp is for you.
